You're exactly right about both of those points. But the type of truth I'm referring to is pure and perfect because it comes to from messengers of God. Like Moses or Jesus.... Otherwise when you get down to it, our human minds aren't capable of even getting a glimpse of 'the complete truth'. And an incomplete truth is really just a perspective of what little reality we've been able to observed. It can never be pure. Not truly. Because it's not complete. But there's a being that has always known the complete truth of not just one subject, but absolutely everything. Because God created it. He's the only one can REALLY know anything. But it's our moral duty to try and help each other and ourselves, which requires widening our understanding about things. And the only way that a person (that's being honest with themselves about their own cognitive skills ect.) can trust what little bit of truth that they're learning is even truth at all,... Is learn it from God.... Plus with God, you can trust that it's the type of truth and knowledge that's actually worth knowing lol. ;) It's okay to not have complete knowledge anyway. What would be the point? So even better, get informed from God as much as we can so te knowledge we do have is actually causing a positive change.
