Dear Noisers, it's Monday! Yesterday I spent so many hours rowing that this morning I feel to be super tired and my arms super weak. 😒 And during the night I had nightmares too... I was on a surfboard adrift, waiting the sun to cook me alive. 😣

Many years ago my sister gave me this bracelet. As soon as I read it, I felt it was really really really really ridiculous! I thought it was a prank, since I have the belly. 😞 Now, I still think it's very (VERY!) ridiculous, but I decided to put it on to remind me to move myself 😁

I showed you few days ago a duck I often meet in the early morning at the Marina. I'm sure it's a domestic duck, and I always asked myself why he walk so far to check the sea... Today I think I got the answer, I met wild ducks enjoying summer time! 😁

Sardinian people are very happy today, 50% of the italian quartet who won the golden medal in the 4 x 100 meters relay is sardinian. Unfortunately I didn't watch live, but I have heard a big roar from all the neighbourhood! I don't know why this year Italy is winning a lot of medals, even in disciplines where we don't have a tradition! maybe the japanese air is inspiring for them... anyway we are really pretty incredulous!

I love the fact green public places here in my town are every year more and more... and more and more beautiful! 😊 Anyway, I discovered they put here another public feline colony and so it's full of cats! I got the shot! Pfizer was over so they gave me Moderna. The injection is really nothing, so light, I didnt feel anything. So, for who is afraid of the needle, don't be 😋

Good Sunday People! 😊 I have spent a very relaxing morning at the beach, where I have met again the quartet of ducks I already presented days ago. But today I decided to follow them along the coast... to discover what they do: they meet a lot of people who share with them a lot of sandwiches 😁 and they are not scared anymore to let children go very near. So... we can be sure this quartet of "wild" ducks have full tummies and a tranquil life. 😋

I was expecting to see the chick peaking and eating the moray, but for a long period the chick simply contemplated the corpse, the death, the existential question about the meaning of life. Or more probably the chick was full and was in doubts if starting a new meal or not. 😁 For the curious, at the end, the chick peaked and ate the moray.

Cagliari (and I suppose many mediterranean towns) is full of caper bushes. You can find a lot of them in the old building made of stones, like the ancient City Walls or, in this case, a medieval castle. Many people pick the capers, for example my mother's friend, and this is why I have capers from my town... in my refrigerator 😋
