Many years ago my sister gave me this bracelet. As soon as I read it, I felt it was really really really really ridiculous! I thought it was a prank, since I have the belly. 😞 Now, I still think it's very (VERY!) ridiculous, but I decided to put it on to remind me to move myself 😁

You have to wear it sir to keep yourself reminded of how ironman looks like hahahah. Seriously, its a motivation for you to work out. I also have that belly but I really don't have the time to work it out haha.
