Since many of you asked about it, this is my review of my first attempt to make potato chips in the microwave. CONS: they are not crunchy, they are not dry, they are not so cooked, they are not so tasty. In a small piazza near the port there are very old palms. Some of them have many and horrendous deep holes: it's because they already existed when Cagliari was horribly bombed during World War 2. So, even if they are ugly and weak they are appreciated, because they keep and show the memory of a sad page of our history.

And we have won, the most important match of our season! I was resigned for a sad relegation in second division, but suddenly Cagliari players were able in the last 5 matches to conquer 4 victories and 1 draw. So, now, in Sardinia, there is a little bit of happiness among many people 😊

Superhappy, I just passed the "test del moribondo". Moribondo in italian mean dying person, and this test is pretty easy: running 10 km in less than an hour, without discount for age or gender! Fruits of the carob tree (Ceratonia siliqua). At the end they will become brown. My grandfather liked a lot to chew them, it can be considered a substitute for cocoa. The beans are really really REALLY hard! The flour of them is used to make ice cream. Once I tried to make a lemon sorbet using it and I succeed! 😊
