Things I want to do with my future boyfriend

During the time that I watched my brother and his girlfriend dated, I also wanted to experience the things that my brother did for her like going on dates, receiving flowers and letters. Old school courtship and dating are still the things that I want to experience while I am living. However, since I am a girl and nowadays, some people find it old fashioned to do such courtships and dating.

You all know that I feel in love twice. I never received any flowers from them but I was able to receive some sweet letters from my first love. Primarily because I first initiated the letters. I was the first one who wrote him a letter not like confessing my feelings for him but something that I want him to keep and for him to read since he was going on a rest day the following day. Too cheesy right? LOL. I just like writting a letter even if I talked non-sense and I absolutely love receiving it because it is something that I can look back. If you are wondering where those letters are now, my guess is that my mom saw it and threw them away many years ago. I know I kept it somewhere in my room but I never saw those letters again even our pictures.

In the Korean dramas, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha and My Roommate is a Gumiho, they mentioned that they will be listing down things that they want to do with their special someone. It was a hundred things on Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha. As soon as I have heard it, I immediately noted it down not only for my future significant other but also for an article.

With my past "relationships", since we were not that legal and official, no courtships happened. We just happened to be together romantically without commitmment after such events. So there were a lot of things that I have not experienced with them. If there are things that I want to experience with my special someone, I hope that it will be with my future husband. I want us to be sharing and experiencing what I want in a relationship. Are there things that you also want to do with your partners? What are those?

Below are some of the things that I can think of as of the moment:

[  ] Receive bouquet of flowers
[  ] Receive handwritten love letters
[  ] Watch movies in cinema
[  ] Eat in different restaurants
[  ] Have matching shoes — I'm not fond of couple shirts for boyfriend and girlfriend. If it is for husband and wife, I am ok with that. Although my problem with shoes is that who will be the one to pay for it. There's an old saying that if you give shoes to someome, they will run away from you
[  ] Have matching bracelet or watch — this I have done it with my last flirtationship. He removed my rosary bracelet from me and he wore it. He told me that I should buy myself a new one so we can have matching rosary bracelets. This was where I got the idea of getting us a matching bracelet so I got us a matching bracelet one Christmas
[  ] Travel together
[  ] Go on out of town trips
[  ] Do yoga together
[  ] Jog together
[  ] Do gym exercises together
[  ] Have my photo as his screensaver and his photo as my screensaver. LOL. — I haven't experienced this before because we were not official and legal
[  ] Play bowling together
[  ] Play billiards together
[  ] Play golf together
[  ] Have fun at the arcade
[  ] Go on camping
[  ] Have him hold my left hand with his right hand while he is driving — I know this is only during the honeymoon phase as I saw it from my brother and his girlfriend before. LOL.
[  ] Watch live basketball together — my last flirtationship and I only watched it on TV while drinking alcohol. Would have been better if it was live especially during finals.
[  ] Have a spa date
[  ] Care for each other when one of us is sick
[  ] Watch Korean drama together — I do not know if some couples do this but I witnessed my brother and sister-in-law watched some Korean dramas together like Itaewon Class and Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha
[  ] Have photo taken in an old school photo booth — so classic! LOL.
[  ] Talk over the phone that we would end up sleeping while we are still on the phone. — yes, this may sound so old school. I did experience it once before during high school when I was talking to my classmate and a guy that we met in a soiree. 3-way calling was the thing in the early 2000. LOL. I do not know why but I want to experience this with my special someone.

Those are just some of the things or activities that I can think of right now that I want to do with my future boyfriend or husband to be. If I were to be specific, for sure I will be able to list a hundred things. For now, this will do.
