As much as I want to not watch daily news this days, I just cannot because my mother would ask us to open the tv because it's already TV Patrol. I could not complain because, of course, she's the boss of our house.
The news these days makes me a little disgusted how the politicians and even media sensationalize things to get the audience attention. It's too tiring seeing all these so called 'leaders' fight on national tv when people are craving for the concrete policies and actions how to stop the spread of the virus so we could all be safe. People are getting hungry, angry, depressed and many have lost their jobs, their livelihood and many have sacrificed their lives and are still sacrificing.
Having 4 kids at home plus a senior citizen makes me super worried and be vigilant at all times. We are not allowed to get sick these days. We should stay strong and healthy because if one gets sick, everyone is at risk. Covid-19 is not a joke!
The news are suffocating and makes me think what will happen to the Philippines for the coming years? Will people learn their lesson and will choose leaders that will truly have a heart for us all or will still go with the flow and will sell our future at a bargain price? Is my daughter's future be safe here?
I just want to write my thoughts tonight as I have been bothered lately because some of our relatives have been tested positive with Covid-19. As if the enemy is getting closer and closer. I know, everything has a reason and that if that will be our fate then we cannot do anything about it. Only God knows and has the power to divert everything to something that is best for us.
Tonight before my daughter went to bed, I told her to keep praying that people will be more loving, more caring and to always choose to be good. Maybe in that way, God will be happy and will vanish in an instant the virus so that they will be free again to play at the park, at the beach and that we could be reunited again with daddy.
We tend to get scared, be emotional, get carried away and be upset of what's happening around us. But thanks to the lovely flowers, the rain, the sun and the people around us especially the laughter and noise that the kids bring. That's how God show His love and mercy for and to us, He always made sure that everything is in balance and in control. Even if there are chaos around us, may we all find the peace that we need in our heart and continue to trust God.

Hay naku! Mas lalo na nakakainis mga balita ngayon. Labo-labo at gulo-gulo na. Wala din naman akong lusot sa news dahil tatay ko mukhang news. Bilang hindi ako nanonood, ikukwento ang mga balita sa amin. Alam ko kabastusan pero minsan hindi na ako nakikinig or minsan umaalis ako lalo kapag andoon naman yung nanay ko na maiiwanan para makinig. Kasi ayoko nga manood ng news at nakakatoxic tapos kkwentuhan ka naman. Alam ko gusto niya lang ng makakausap kasi nga naman sanay skya may nakakausap pre pandemic. Kaso naman baka naman pwedeng ibang topic. Lalo araw-araw parepareho mga balita. Ayun uulitin din niya. Signs of aging na talaga. Makulit at madaldal. 🤦♀️
