When you are a first time mom or parents, you will gather all information that you can get from our family, our friends, books and in the internet. We don't want to miss a thing that could affect the baby's development. And so I did my own research, joined groups and subscribed to some websites that regularly updates the do's and don'ts and even the size or how does your baby looks like in your womb. One of my favorite websites back then was BabyCenter as I think the most complete details and perfectly match what my obgyne would and will tell.
As I was scrolling one of the newsletters, this one caught my attention and without second thoughts I created an EMAIL ADDRESS for my daughter even if she's still inside my womb, yes that early!
Why did I do that?
Because I want to update her how she behaved while she's still inside me. From the moment I learned that I am conceiving, to our first check-up, hearing her heartbeat, how she is doing in my womb. I also attach pictures as proof for that specific moment.
I want her to know the exact emotion I felt at that certain time.
Because I might not remember everything like when did she learn to walk, to talk, to run, to write, to read, what are her favorite expressions, how she sleeps at night and what time she will wake up. I want her to know how proud I am for every milestone of her life.
I also want to explain to her why mommy and daddy cannot be with her all the time, why did we chose to leave her to her grandma.
I want her to see how she progress from a tiny little girl to a pretty young lady.
I want her to know why did I scold her on a particular scenario. And how and why she made mommy and daddy cried☺️.
There are a lot of reasons and as much as possible I tried to be consistent in sending emails to her. I intend to give her the credentials of her email address when she'll turn 18. Yes, another gift on her debut together with her insurance and $1 BCH savings. I hope she will be happy and touched by this simple act of mommy☺️. And I also hope that she will not correct me if there are wrong grammar, spelling or punctuation marks😁.
Parents do everything for their children; from simple to the most impossible act. Working hard to provide the best only for them, trying everything they can just to make them happy, secured and healthy. Most of their prayers is dedicated for them, that God will always protect and guide them.
