WARNING: The "girls" I'm gonna be talking about here are girls who are ready and who wants to BE in a REAL relationship and not those who just wants the idea of having it. These are also general characteristics since I can't go in to detail because we have our different perspectives.

You see it a lot on Facebook, memes talking about how girls only care about the physique of a guy and nothing more. Don't get me wrong, I am not even in the tiniest bit affected by it. But I just wanna share my thoughts about the topic.

Now, what characteristics does boys have that attracts girls?

Humour

💡Fun Fact: "Humour" and "Humor" are both correct. Only America out of all English speaking countries use "Humor".

Believe it or not, men attracting women through humour has been studied. In the American Psychological Association's meeting, it is said that in a speed date, the most ranked in attractiveness was the humoured guy. However, study also shows that men finds funny women attractive less than women finds funny men attractive.

Knows how to cook

This is already an obvious matter, men or women, we all are attracted to people who make good food.

Respectful

This doesn't only mean respecting the girl you like. This means that you should know who to respect or not. Respecting selectively is not respect at all, but of course you don't need to respect everyone because not all deserves it. Respect is earned not given. However, not respecting someone doesn't also mean you can be rude to that person. Aha! One more thing. Intuition. Learn to have intution.

Strategic in Life

If you're someone who don't have any plan AT ALL in life, then don't even dream of being in a relationship. Well, you can have one but don't expect it to last long. It's not that women are dependent to men, but having your own decisions in life, knowing what to do in certain situations and making ways to succeed after failing is something that can turn women's eyes into big pumping hearts. Financial Mindset

In dating someone, as days will pass especially after years of being together, you would eventually think if you can live with your partner amd get married. In this time, being able to provide for your family shoukd be your number one priority. However, being financially stable doesn't mean having dollars on your pocket right at the moment you wanted to date someone. Just having the mindset and capability on how to be one is already a BIG PLUS to the girls.

Last but definitely not the least;

Consistency

With consistency, we have to start from the getting-to-know stage. If you know, that you cannot maintain certain things, do not do it in the very first place. For example, giving gifts on your first dates or first celebration. If you don't want your partner to expect something next time, don't give gifts on your firsts. This is not a "bratty" attitude, okay? Try to imagine yourself in our shoes. Your mom gives you let's say $20 every day for the first 2 weeks straight of your schooling, then suddenly, she gave you $10-$15 after weeks passed. Of course you would understand! But don't tell me that not even the slightest moment that you got upset because you thought your mom changed and it was just in the beginning. Consisteny will always be the key to everything.
