First of all, being a human it's not that easy to cope with all the problems around. Mostly people act intelligent to everything around which causes problems for everyone. We also havehad social taboos that drive us to creating lots of problems. We try so hard to solve all the problems at the same time that it creates another big problem to health. So, we can detox our mind in simple ways.
Prioritize yourself first because you are the only friend of yourself.
Never involve in other matters unless you feel your nose to dip into it.
Donot keep a guilt if you have less to give or you have nothing to give the needy. Promise yourself that one day you will definetly help when you have.
Leave your work load to your office, so that your family feels free to take your time. Don't make them feel bad about your work pressure. Most of the children and wife donot open up or express them selves because you comeup with your tired face and busy phone schedule.
Listen to others too, look for News,and see how the world and the people are going through. You will find yourself lucky for many reasons.
Make a holiday trip, give a space to your soul, body and mind.
Also organize a small party for families and friends if you feel lonely and like to meet them. Or you can visit them as you like.
If people talk nonsense about you than don't panic and fill your self with anger and ego. Rather you can do is :
1. Look yourself if really something is going wrong with the process. And make sure you are not out of track.
Finally if you are not out of track than take a long breath and feel free that your progressing speed is faster than they thought of.
Always select positive around.
No problem is that big as you think.if not solved by you by any means, don't underestimate other human in the world because they can be capable of what you don't have.
Take your parents advice, talk with your friends if you have problems and confusion in decision making. And also to other reliable person if necessary.
No solution is without challenges.you should face challenges to make one decision.
To empower yourself an your decison, you can colect information, think economically and socially, take the advice of experienced fellow.
Refresh yourself with a power nap.so you can work with your cool mind.
Feel free to make decision, forgive yourself for past mistakes and prepare to accept your consequences.
Show off your cool attitude to fellows that shows your strong personality.
Distract your mind with positive activities. Make your problems the smallest problems in the world to motivate your psychology.
