Announcing Joybots NFT - The first NFT Prize from Joystick.club

We are happy to announce our first NFT Prize that expands utility of the JOY token (sep20) on SmartBCH. On February 1 2022 we will be launching Joybots NFT in the Arcade NFT Prizes section of Joystick.club.

JOYBOTS are a collection of generative characters designed by Joystick.club, a play to earn game platform. JOYBOTS are created with ultra engineering precision using handcrafted attributes, each creating a unique character with variable rarity. We have produced 10,000 JOYBOTS C1 which will introduce play to earn prizes paid in $JOY.

Gamers will be able to shop by collection to spend their JOY rewards and earn the shot at minting a rare item. The first collection is JOYBOTS however more art work is in the work to support maximizing utility of JOY.

NFT utility will exist in various forms including:

• Collectible - each NFT is programmatically unique with variable rarity

• In game items - in the future, some NFT's may impact gameplay

• Profile Pics - Expanding Dashboard with PFP leaderboard scores and for gamers to use across social media

• NFT Staking - In the future we will be launching some NFT staking contracts for users to earn PTS

• Reward Funding - NFT's support funding and maintaining the reward wallet which pays gamers.

Funding the reward wallet

This NFT collection kicks off the exciting closed loop economy of utility around JOY and the the play to earn rewards. We are creating a flywheel which supports providing users with the choice to earn rewards and sell on the open market or spend them for prizes to potentially increase their portfolio value across tokens and nfts. The prizes section ensures that we are able to support in-game rewards.

As many of you know, due to unprecedented growth we have had issues maintaining the balance of our Reward Wallet. Often having to buy-back and reward with earnings we have made.

The NFT Prizes allow us to keep a steady stream of JOY going back into our Arcade Reward Wallet, and the small royalty fee ensures that as our tokens become more popular that we may earn a small amount to keep the funding of the reward wallet active to keep players coming back to play.

Season 3 Games begin after NFT Sells Out

As our rewards wallet sits mostly empty, we will be waiting for the JOYBOTS NFT Collection to 100% sell out in order to re-activate the arcade platform. We are also including several NEW GAMES this season which we'll be rolling out gradually!

How do I mint a Joybot?

Step 1 - Make sure you have JOY in your wallet. If you didn't save any during your play to earn gaming, buy some from BenSwap.Cash

Step 2 - Visit https://joybots.joystick.club/

Step 3 - Enter how many JOYBOTS you want to mint

Step 4 - Approve spending of JOY - this will allow the NFT contract to use your JOY tokens to create NFT's

Step 5 - Mint the NFT

Your Joybots will immediately show up in the "My Joybots" section and can be immediately listed on secondary markets for sale or traded p2p.

The price per mint will be 500 JOY per mint. Users will be able to list them for sale on secondary markets. A 2% royalty fee applies on this NFT to support ongoing in-game rewards.
