Suman and Choco-Yema Spread One of my snacks yesterday, suman and choco-yema spread. Suman is made from sticky rice and coconut milk and usually dipped in sugar. Yema is made with egg yolks, milk, and sugar. It is custard but this time it is chocolate flavored. It is an unlikely combination but it does taste good. Wednesday Restday Granted it is already Thursday here in Manila. Spent my Wednesday at home. Did my errands which is buying the groceries and paying utility bills. Saturday Get Together Every Saturday we have a get together at the office. We bring food to share. Last Saturday, we celebrated the birthday of a colleague. I bought a birthday cake and a cake roll.
