Tapsilog Good day fellow food trippers. Hardly got any sleep last night because I went out and watched Thor: Love and Thunder. Will post about it in a bit. Anyway, wanted to jumpstart my morning so decided to get a typical Pinoy breakfast. Presenting the tapsilog!!! Filipinos know it but for those who are aware, it is tapa (fried beef strips), sinangag (fried rice), and itlog (sunny side up egg). This particular tapsilog has tender beef strips plus the fried rice isn't that salty. Also, the egg was cooked to my preference. Added bonus, was the chopped tomatoes and cucumber.
