Suman and Choco-Yema Spread One of my snacks yesterday, suman and choco-yema spread. Suman is made from sticky rice and coconut milk and usually dipped in sugar. Yema is made with egg yolks, milk, and sugar. It is custard but this time it is chocolate flavored. It is an unlikely combination but it does taste good. I found the choco-yema spread a bit too sweet so I decided to bring it at the office to share with my colleagues. Here's a photo of my snack.
