The last tattoo that I got before the pandemic happened. There is a yearly tattoo convention that I attend to. It is called Dutdutan and its main sponsor is Tribal Gear, the clothing line. Had an extra rest day today because it is a holiday in Australia. Took this time to go to the bank to pay some bills. I had some extra time because the time going to the bank and the actual bank transaction was shorter than usual. Dropped by my regular suppliers of chicken and veggies in the market. One of my favorite post-boxing workouts, the battle ropes. It improves endurance, arm strength, and coordination. As I got better, the waves that I create with the ropes are faster and actually go up until the other end of the ropes. Definitely missing this workout. #Boxing

Finally got a chance to order the strawberry-banana sundae of McDonald's. It was pink and I wish it had some yellow in it as well. Equal representation to strawberries and bananas alike! 🤣 It is more strawberry than banana which I like. I don't eat bananas. Blame it on our pet monkey. Good sundae flavor. Went on a 24-hour fast yesterday. Actually, it is more than 24 hours. My previous meal was Friday night at 8:00 PM and this was a bit late. Didn't feel good the rest of the night. Prepared some home-style macaroni soup for our community kitchen. Good morning from Sabang Beach, Puerto Galera. This was taken last March 2015. How time flies! More photos from my Sabang Beach trip back in 2015. Sabang is part of Puerto Galera but isn't on the actual beach with lots of resorts and hotels. It is actually a port and instead of resorts, the beach is home to bars, clubs, and diving schools/resorts. While at Sabang, we also got to stay an actual resort. Better rooms, better beds, really strong AC, 24-hour room service, and an impressive selection in the buffet table. Went on another 24-hour fast starting 11:00AM yesterday up to 11:00AM today. Yesterday had a sandwich at 7:00AM and then another sandwich at 11:00AM. That was it for me. Prepping my lemon water for tomorrow. Been on a fast the past few days and lemon water has been my constant ally. It keeps my full and hydrated. He had opened a tattoo shop and to put their name out in the market, he asked one of his artists to join a tattoo competition. This is the 'Chocnut' donut from Mister Donut. They had another flavor from this line, the 'Flat Tops' donut. For foreign noisers, 'Chochnut' and 'Flat Tops' are popular local chocolate brands. Related to my previous post. This is the actual Chocnut chocolate. I'm sure the Filipino noisers are familiar with the brand. Working on the heavy bag is an integral part of boxing. A god heavy bag workout will build as many muscles as possible. It is a great for building strength and developing your punching power. I don't often go to parties and other social gatherings but when I do, I do my best to wear appropriate clothes. This was a company Christmas party back in 2013. Breakfast today is peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Guava jelly is my favorite. Not as sweet as pineapple or mango, just right. Plus, it is more affordable. Whoever thought of peanut butter and jelly sandwich should deserve an award! PB and J sandwiches were included in the US military ration menus in World War II. Dinner for tonight is the usual McDonald's fare - one piece spicy chicken, ten-piece nuggets, and cheese burger deluxe sandwich. I didn't eat the rice. Been a minute since I posted here. Here's my Brit breakfast earlier - beans and toast. Heinz, claims one of their executives came up with this iconic duo back in 1927. Of course, my version is a far cry from the English one. The beans that I have aren't baked and came from a pouch, ready to eat. The toasts are local bread with local butter. Managed to go out earlier. Accompanied a friend to purchase a laptop. Her lap top gave up on her and seems to be beyond repair. Went with her to buy a new one, I will use my credit card to purchase the laptop and she will pay the monthly installments. This is the first time that I have been out to the mall after almost a year. Took a photo of the sun who seems to be greeting me and congratulating me for finally going out.
