Had an extra rest day today because it is a holiday in Australia. Took this time to go to the bank to pay some bills. I had some extra time because the time going to the bank and the actual bank transaction was shorter than usual. Dropped by my regular suppliers of chicken and veggies in the market. Had some extra cash so decided to buy ingredients for chicken afritada. Nothing over the top, a couple kilos of chicken, some potatoes, bell pepper, and tomato sauce. Made a dozen tubs of chicken afritada to be distributed to the roadside vendors and street sweepers here in our area. The point is if you have something extra, share it to others. It will make life a bit easier for everyone. #Food
