Going to go all in with my food posts today. This is pork steak. Basically pork cooked in soy sauce and lemon/lime with sliced onions. This is dinner but not for me solely. The group doing the feeding project in the nearby urban poor community is having a meeting tonight and we decided to bring meals to share. The initial plan is to have a boodle fight but since not everyone in the team has been vaccinated already, the plan was shelved. I'm bringing this plus cooked rice and spring rolls. We will meet about the upcoming feeding project. A Zoom meeting would suffice but since everyone can make the trip to our meeting place, we decided to meet up personally and bring food as well.
