One thing that many on the crypto world knows is that the most popular asset on it is Bitcoin (BTC) and also is the most old and valuable one in circulation (despite some on the DEFI ecosystem such Yearn.Finance have big value, but reduced market cap due to supply with is low), the thing that many particularly in Africa doesn't know is that Bitcoin Cash is also Bitcoin! The early interest in the main asset on the market is truly normally as it have many fans all over the world and many also prefer to Hold it due to it nature as "the mother of all cryptocurrencies" but for Africa the coin isn't that favourable.
Don't take me wrong about the mention above, the main asset could be Hodl by many people but isn't anymore affordable to get a whole full Bitcoin (BTC) due to the price, but assets such as Bitcoin Cash are still cheap (considering the economic power in regions of Africa) and can be actively collected by them. To make the young men in the continent to chase and learn more about it it's necessary to teach them not just the monetary value of Bitcoin Cash, but also the advantages to Hodl it and store value on them.
It's more easily understood that Bitcoin Cash is the original design of Bitcoin, with cheap transactions fees, fast on confirmation and the most important still affordable to get (in a continent where salaries still below Hundred dollars). It also more easy to teach them about it because all Africa is maximalist in Bitcoin and to get knowledge about it would be more fast to learn how this currency really work.
Bitcoin Cash features can be learned more fast than other crypto and the benefits to have it as a peer-to-peer electronic payment can be a huge advantage to get it, for me for example doesn't make sense to pay huge fees on transfers in the Bitcoin blockchain when can be used Bitcoin Cash to do that!
Africa is a huge continent but many of the people who adhere to crypto are the young ones who find an escape in cryptocurrencies, more because the life on the continent isn't easy for them where the high rate of unemployment still absurd and the main department of state still be leaded by the Old ones not giving space to the young's increasing the tax of problems in Africa. All this factors can give a big impulse to spread of knowledge of Bitcoin Cash on the Mainland and put the young men with enough skills to teach the kids who are still born.
Many African enthusiasts in crypto learn about it from the internet and soon it becomes are hustling on it, many used it as a gamble space to earn some to pay for immediate bills but many still don't have a knowledge base on more cryptocurrency, many only focus on Bitcoin! This mentality actually is one of the things that must be fight against and with an huge implementation of Bitcoin Cash online houses can be tried to end it with seminars conducted online with the principles of what is Bitcoin Cash.
The outside world still thinking that in Africa people aren't developed enough to learn how cryptocurrency works, which many times lead to inflate the African Market with scams projects just to steal from unadvised people who want fast money, but in fact don't bring to the continent nothing to teach and maximise the knowledge of this ecosystem.
I believe that there's still a big space to evolute in this matter, and Bitcoin Cash due to similarities with Bitcoin (BTC) have more opportunities to get people with huge interest on it.
People in the "cradle of humanity" want to learn and if Bitcoin Cash is a strong candidate to get Africans adopters more fast than other currency.
Let's hope more investors bring knowledge in here, not just a way to make money from Africans.

From a time now I've been seeing a lot of support to cryptocurrencies from Africa. Of course, as your economies are terrible affected by war, bad administration and more, is to be expected the people turn to decentralized alternatives. Yet I think much need to be done to educate people who hasn't even heard about digital assets and don't have a clue on how to get them, or even more, how to use them.
