Today I realized how important it is for a person to be healthy. After playing football in the afternoon, when I played football for two to five minutes, I saw that I could not move forward with my body. Then I realized that I had left many parts of my body unused like my chest, glutes or buttocks. Due to which my entire movement became very sluggish. Now I will tell you the reason for my being like this and discussed with him at what stage I am doing everything.

When a person crosses one of his limits and enters another limit, his life stamina is overwhelmed by another level. It means that the amount of work you do will not harm you, but will constantly improve your body. That's why I think we constantly have to step out of our comfort zone and into a difficult routine.

Our body is a thing that can be used exactly as you want it to be used. Much like water in a container, or any liquid that takes the shape of the container it is placed in, our body works by the exact same mechanism. Our body is made to be something very different from any other thing in our world and is something above all. It is almost impossible to make a separate copy.

So how does the replication process work?

We all know that replication process is a process through which our DNA will turn from one DNA into two DNAs and its quality will be exactly the same. And we all know that DNA contains the genetic elements that make one person black and another person white. So let's have a little idea about genetic copy.

The thing I have to control the most is my addiction to pornography because if I watch porn I get a strong urge to masturbate. This bad habit has ruined my whole life. I am trying to make a detailed article about this. I think I should confess everything without keeping it a secret because if I confess, maybe more people like me will get out of it and have a new life. will run in one direction. Because a person is for people, right? And if one person helps another person, it will benefit in many ways.

So from today I made a lot of promises to myself. I will always try to cross my limit and hurt my body in different ways. Honestly at the end of the day the limit you cross or push your body to achieve is what will serve you for the rest of your life.
