Whay is breast cancer?

Breast cancer is a disease in which cells in the breast grow out control.There are different kinds of breast cancer depends on which cell in the breast turn into cancer.It is the common cancer diagnose mostly in women,both and women can occur breast cancer but more common on women.

Symtoms and signs

  • Lump in the breast or underarm

  • Thickining or swelling of part of the breast

  • Irritation or dimpling of breast skin

  • Redness or flaky skin in the nipple area

  • Pain in the nipple

  • A blood stained or clear fluid siacharge from nipple

What is the causes of breast cancer?

Genetics and family history

  • If you have parentas,siblings or other close relatives who have been diagnose with breast cancer,you're more likely to develop the disease.

Age

  • 55 yrs old and older increases the risk of having a breast cancer.

Smoking

  • Cigarette smoking is very dangerous to your health,tobacco use has linked to many diffirent types of cancer including breast cancer.

Obesity

  • Obesity can increase also risk of breast cancer because having more fat tissue can increase your chance of gettingbbreast cancer by raising estrogen levels.overweight women tend to have higher levels of insulin that cause also cancer including breast cancer.

Women that Never been pregnant

  • Women who have never been pregnant have a greater risk of this disease than the women have one or more pregnancies.self

Prevention is better than cure

You can make healthy choices to prevent breast cancer.You can lower your riak of breast cancer bt taking care of your health by keeping a healthy weight,exercise regularly,dont drink alcohol or limit alcoholic drinks,breastfeed your children if possible.Staying healthy throughout your life will lower the risk of developing cancer and improve your chances of surviving cancer it it occurs.

I also have friends,batchmates who have breast cancer and suddenly most of them didn't survive the disease,lets protect our health especially we women,no matter how busy we are with daily activities lets not forget ourselves,eat healthy food and healthy diet,and if you have strange feeling consult immediately with the doctor as much as possible.
