Not feeling well again

I've notice the other day i was sneezing to much,i thought maybe from the dust because i made a general cleaning of our house and i have dust allergy too.Yesterday morning i need to go to my friends store to pay my paymaya top up credit,i'll take my baby with me because my husband has to go to work no one will take of her.We stay there for a while,nakimarites muna ako saglit,kwentuhan with our neghbor sa ibang bagay,after an hour of being marites i decided to go home because my baby started her tupak maybe she is sleepy and hungry at the same time.

While walking i started coughing a little,i just ignore it kasi parang nasamid lang ako,when we reach home i drink a lot of water and take a little salt,while my baby started to have cold,naisip ko baka dahil sa naambunan kami noong isang araw,the other day kasi we went outside because i need to buy some stuff to make food,ayon hindi ko alam na umaambon pala pero nakabalik kami agad,but even though ito at ngkaroon kami ng ubo at sipon,dalawa pa kami ni baby.

However, Ako ang naunang sinipon at inubo but I'm breastfeeding mom kaya hindi maiwasan na mahawaan si baby,naawa ako sa baby ko kasi panay tulo ng sipon niya simula pa kahapon,nilagyan ko ng mansanilla yung likod niya para kahit paano hindi magbara yung ilong.Yesterday afternoon panay iyak na si baby maybe because of her cold and she started coughing bu not to much paminsan minsan lang naman.

When i woke up this morning,naalala ko may tanim pala kaming sambong,mainam din na gamot ang sambong sa ubo,kailangan agapan ang ubo bago lumala,we dont have covid ha(simbako palayo ng sakita),just cough and cold only,maybe the cause is from the weather kasi mainit sa umaga then ambon sa hapon.Some of our neighbor baby's and adult's have cough and cold also not only us.Sumasabay lang kami sa uso bah hahahaha..

Ito ginawa ko sa talbos na kinuha ko,i wash the talbos properly then i put inside with lukewarm water.Yan ang iinumin ko maghapon,bawal muna ang malamig tiis muna hanggat may sipon at ubo para hindi na lumala,medyo hindi maganda yung amoy niya kaya takpan nalang ang ilong pag uminom,ok lang din yung lasa although hindi na siya lasang normal water but still good,its better to take herbal medicine db mas makatipid kapa,ang mahal ng gamot ngayon.Ibili nalang ng pagkain instead of gamot kung kaya naman sa herbal herbal muna right?

Ito naman ang ginawa ko para kay baby,yan kasi ang tubigan niya.tiningnan niya nga kanina pagbigay ko sa knya,she is curious kanina while looking at her bottle,sa isip niya ano kaya yung nasa loob ng tubig ko hehehe,when she taste it she stop for a while kasi kakaiba ang lasa eh then she continued dringking.

I was hoping na sana gumaling na kaming dalawa ng baby ko,Nowadays pag may ubo at sipon ka they thingking agad na may covid ka,nahihiya nga ako lumabas baka matakot pa sila coz of my cough,its better pa siguro that making fart in public than coughing hahahaha kasi covid agad.

That it for now,i need to take rest muna..oh its almost lunch na pala wala pako ulam,bye for now i need to make utang muna ng plan he he be,see you later..godbless you all
