When i was young i didnt want to eat cucumber no matter what my parents forced me.The first time i ate was when i left to manila to apply abroad,because my colleagues in the dorm like to eat everyday,so one day they force me,at first i didnt want the taste but later on i started to like it too.
This afternoon our neighbor who has store gave us cucumber,she just gave it to us so that it wouldn't spoil completely.And what my husband did he cut it into circle and mixed it with vinegar and pepper and that our side dish.
Wow it so yummy,this evening also i make the same as our side dish and it complete our dinner,i started to love eating cucumber specially that im gainning weight i need it for my diet.Hopefully i will lose my weight soon(so fatty na talaga hehehe)
