Rejected stone become a pillar

James was nicknamed as a bad egg, poorest and most hated person in the community. He was a very hardworking man but lack capital to improve his farm. He never stop working hard and only depend on God to rescue him from the difficulties he faced.

Up to now so many people still don’t believe that James who was known to be a bad egg, poorest and most hated person in the community, James not minding other people opinion, work hard in his farm and became wealthy. Now everyone wants to associate with him.

Some days backs James attends Johns daughter wedding were he was made the chairman of the occasion. In his speech he was talking about the past when he was poor and how he is now so popular among the rich and the poor. James said: “I don’t know how I become wealthy; maybe it was because of my luck or God gave me a second chance to become successful.

He told his story, of how the people in the town were so much troubled him that he had no choice but to leave town. He travelled and ended up in another country where he met a man who was also poor and hated by everyone. The only difference is that this man has, is a good attitude toward life and is not bothered by what people said about him.

James decided to stay with this man until the end of his days, he was well treated with respect and love. From there he learnt that some of what they have in their community are scars and very expensive over there, one day he decided to return home and practice farming.Once he harvest his produce, he process them and export them to his new found friend, over there who sells at a very profitable price. They both share the profit by percentage; and gradually their status begins to change. Now James become wealthy and he began to expand from 20 arcs to 100arcs which made him employ more Labour to his farm.

The hard work of James paid off, he becomes very wealthy, many people sought him out to help them financially on issues they couldn’t solve. This made other people in the community to be jealous of him and they begin to hate him even more.
