Our family breadwinner
In a world of "man vs woman" stereotyping, the breadwinner in the family could be either the male or female. It is not always the case that men are the breadwinners and women are not. There are several reasons why women take up this role as the primary earner in a household. Often, it is because of the confidence and skill of earning that women have developed over the years that enable them to hold this vital role in any home. Still, some are compelled by circumstances to support their families and have no choice but to be the breadwinner.
This can be attributed to single parenthood, aging parents or even death of a breadwinner in the family. Here we will look at some of the reasons why women become breadwinners in the family
Single Parent Households
If there is a divorce in a family, the mother is more likely to take up this task of being the family's main earner. Similarly if there is an incapacitated parent in a house who cannot work or help with earning, then it often becomes a mother's responsibility to carry this burden on her shoulders. Consequently, she may have to consider leaving behind a career or business and concentrate on being the main source of income for her family. On the positive side, this creates more income opportunities for women, enabling them to become independent and make well-informed choices about their future.
The head of the family, who works to support the parents and children, which is considered the breadwinner.
If it is considered that the father and mother are also responsible for supporting the family, as many men and even more women work full-time jobs, they will be considered the breadwinners of their family.
The breadwinner may come home late at night or not even eat dinner with his wife or family because he has to finish working or because he is fired.
In some cases, both husband and wife are breadwinners, which is the case for many families in 2009. In some families, one parent works to support the family and the other stays at home to take care of the children. In this case, both parents are considered breadwinners.
In other cases, if there is only one parent working to support the family, then he is considered the breadwinner.
If you do not have a job and you are young, you may be considered a "stay-at-home-kid". If the stay-at-home-kid has no siblings or parents living with him who will provide for him, then he will most likely be considered a breadwinner.
We are the breadwinner in our family and the life of our house. Although there are a lot of men trying to determine their life with this definition, in my opinion, it is wrong. Breadwinner of the family does not mean that we have to have a lot of income. What we should do are concern about our family, what I mean is that we have to build up a family that can work together.
How to become the breadwinner of life?
1. Start your own company
As people know, a lot of jobs are left by machines and this makes the employment rate quite low in a lot of countries. Many people start their own company with their passion and skill, but there are also people who start their company without passion. This is not good because you will get tired when working. If you want something to be the lifetime job and want to let your kids do it after you, you should start your business with your passion.
2. Safe your money
You know that many people are killed by drugs or they are driven into bankruptcy after they lose their jobs. So, how can you be the breadwinner of your family? You should save all your money so that you can create an excellent environment for your family in case you lose your job or if something happens to you.
