ICA Building - where we usually go to pick up our passports. Today, the lady is going to pick up her ID card. They have taken over the car park area next to the building and started construction of their new building 👷♂️. Quite efficient and not as crowded in the floor where people go to collect their passport compared to before. At the ID collection area, it wasn't crowded too. Went to Tan Quee Lan Street for early lunch. The place usually gets crowded around meal times. My wife and I both ordered the double fish soup bee hoon. We have a bitter gourd omelette to share. The fortune cats and few other items were for good lunch for the restaurant but in the recent year, many cashier has provided hand sanitizer. One day in May 2021 when we still allowed to dine in with a group up to with, I was at the zoo when I visited a reptile section. I saw some rather unique creatures like these two: 1. Giant River Toad which is huge but only slightly bigger than those I see sold as food in the market. 2. Big-Headed Turtle which does have a big head so the head cannot go into the shell. Where is the list of jobs, GE? Very so often, when you applied for a job in a company's job portal, they asked you to subscribe. Sometimes I do so they can spam me with job postings. What's is irritating is things like this shows either the HR and/or the IT support this mail distribution is not doing a good job. Now, GE, please cut their salary or hire someone else who can do the job better.
