Yesterday morning, as I was walking to the ICA Building after getting off the bus, I stopped at the traffic light to cross the road. Look around, I saw this building behind me. This is the Tai Pei Buddhist Centre. I remember when it was first completed, the Buddha on the roof did not have an umbrella. 😎 #Photography
