ICA Building - where we usually go to pick up our passports. Today, the lady is going to pick up her ID card. They have taken over the car park area next to the building and started construction of their new building 👷‍♂️. Quite efficient and not as crowded in the floor where people go to collect their passport compared to before. At the ID collection area, it wasn't crowded too. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Time for early lunch. #Photography
