Women are symbol of strength, courage, power, love, selflessness, care, sacrifice and tolerance.
In today's age, working women are playing the perfect role in the society by taking the responsibilities of both home and office. A common perception in our society is that working women, because they are independent and empowered, consider themselves free from domestic responsibilities. That is why even today there are some families in the society where it is considered disadvantageous for women to go out of the house and take up employment. Such people neither allow a girl to educate nor permit a woman to take up any profession, they force them to live their lives at the mercy of their parents or in laws. They completely ignore the fact that an educated mother is the foundation of a civilized generation.
Today, the most struggling people in our society are working women. They give their best as wives, mothers, daughters in law etc. Often such women toil for a better future for their families.
Although men are considered the source of finance, working women do not spare any effort to share this burden with their husbands.
Women are forced to face lot of problems for stepping out of their homes. Transportation problems, traffic jams, long working hours, dealing with emotionally and mentally derainged people etc. Coming home on time after an exhausting day without a frown is one of the supernatural qualities of working women. They do not complain and keep on playing all roles to the best of their abilities.
Therefore, we should value women, appreciate and support them. Working women are the crown of society. The protection of their dignity is the responsibility that we owe.
