Instead of thinking about something which led to the suicidal thought now, abruptly go near to a plant / flower available close to you. Start looking at that / appreciating that closely. Get immersed in the development or the beauty of it. You may think this is not important, you may think the issue which led to your suicidal thought can be the most important one. You will think after solving that thought only you can think about other things. Nothing like that. When you start focussed, immersed in the beautiful plant / flower, you may forget other things. Start going at regular intervals to get focused in the flower / plant, your focus becomes this and this becomes important. Over a period, that unnecessary negative suicidal thoughts becomes unimportant. Simple theory is this. whichever thought leads you to trouble in your mind are unimportant ones and you dont require that more. So just get away from those thoughts.
