Sadness is not from others, it's From our mind set and overthinking. First thing for sadness is expecting the things to happen, doesn't happen overthinking about it makes us depressed. Don't take things to heart, if you make more addictive to heart it expects and gives depression. Everything is temporary thing nothing will come with you till end. You are the only thing going to be with you, so show your expectations on you. From this you will improve yourself beyond bothering about other things. Keep yourself happy, be cheering. Make everyone happy with your kind heart but don't take advantage or expect..
