Salmon -150 gram ( sushi -grade).
Rice peper - 1 brown.
Bell peper sliced.
Dip the brown rice peper into some water and allow it to soak for about 3-5 secnd.then place it on smooth surface.
Add tha salmon, lettuce, basil cucmber, carrot and bell peper. Fold in the sides and roll it up like burrito.
★ After enjoy with or without your favourite vinaigrette salad dressing.
