Correcting mistakes of others.

People of virtures should posses a character worthy of emulation.

A person cannot be able to judge or rectify the mistakes of others if he/ she possess a bad characters.

People mistakes may be huge or small, no matter the magnitude of the mistakes, it is possible to rectify them but those bad consequences might not be completely rectify. No matter how hefty the mistakes may be , trying to correct he doer we should give "hope " preference, let them know the gravity and make them understand that there is still hope left correction.

Example

There lived a mass murderer, who had killed ninety-nine people, he was so ruthless that no one would ever dared approach him, he felt guilty one day and decided to inquire for the most knowledgeable scholar, people pointed him in a direction of reknown scholar who is always on his may praying to Allah and weeping.

He visited him and asked; I have killed ninety-nine souls, could I still repent? Angrily the scholar replied no! , There is no repentance for you, the murderer heard this, he brought out his sharp knife and cut the scholar head then leaves the premises.

After sometime he think of repentance again and enquire again for the knowledgeable person he could confide in, people reffered him to another scholar, he went to the scholar, explained what he has done then asked whether he could get repentance.

The scholar replied oh dear brother! the door is always open for people like you, no matter what you have done if you decided to turn back to Allah and ask for forgiveness , Allah forgive whoever wholeheartedly decided to repent because he is the most beneficient and most merciful, he told him that he should leave where he live to another land because where he live live before was known to be evil land and for him to have peace he should leave to a place where people do worship their Lord and there is no oppression.

He embarked on the journey but before reaching the land he died on the way, In a nutshell he was forgiven.

Comparing the two scholar, we will noticed that one is biased which is not supposed, had it been he attends to the issue critically he wouldn't have fall victim.

In conclusion, when correcting people mistakes one should put aside his/her personal feeling or emotion in order to achieve good result.
