Good Day/Good Morning read cash fam. So I was planning to post this short article yesterday, or at least before 12 midnight but yeah, I wasnt able to meet the deadline. Anyways, its better to be late than never.

Yesterday (Philippine Standard Time) was the WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY.

I just wanted to say thank you to those who survive their own battles and made it up to this day. I hope you continue to fight and move forward regardless the difficulty you're facing.

Congratulations! Just a small advice, asking or help is not a sign of weakness, it is a sign of strength.
