The One That Got Away

Another story that is inspired by a song. The song is entitled "The One That Got away" by Katy Perry. Enjoy!

*Summer after highschool when we first met* *We make out in your Mustang to Radiohead* *And on my 18th birthday we got matching tattoos* **We actually met year 2012, during our first year high school hiking but it was indeed summer after junior high when you first tease me about love, crushes and such. And that’s the start of our story.** *Used to steal your parents liquor and climb to the roof* *Talk about our future like we had a clue* **You always tease me that you had a crush on me, you always look at me in the eye but in return all I did was keep on ignoring you.** **I guess you feel challenge about my reactions towards your teases that’s why you keep on pushing. You keep on pushing until you fall for me.** *Never planned that one day I’d be losing you* **But still you lost me ..** *In another life, I would be your girl* *We keep all our promises be us against the world* **Yeah , you did fall for me** **Hhahaha, you look so funny when you confessed your real feelings towards me. Too funny to the point that I cant help myself but to jump and fall.** *In another life, I would make you stay* *So I don’t have to say you were the one that got away* **I jump without knowing the circumstances…** *The one that got away* **Days after that confession always became special to me as you keep on pursuing and continuously proving that your feelings were real.** **No doubt. It was real, I can see it in your eyes.** **Everyone adores our love story, little did they know, there was something, something that will break my heart.** *I was june and you were my johny cash* *Never one without the other we made a pact* *Sometimes when I miss you I put those records on* **It was in the afternoon, we rest after we had so many practice due to the incoming PEP SQUAD COMPETITION. Since your house was just 5 blocks away, you decided to go home, I also asked you if you can bring my phone with you and charge it. you said yes and left me your phone so you can contact me or I can contact you in case of emergency. Sweet isn’t it?** *Someone said you had your tattoo remove* *So you downtown singing the blues* **And then curiousity hits me, I actually don’t know the password of your phone that’s a friend of mine opened it.** **Then viola!
