The marble caves, also called "Marble Chapels Nature Sanctuary" are strange geological formations located near the town of Puerto Río Tranquilo on the Chilean southern route. These formations, found in General Carrera Lake, have been taking shape over the years due to the erosion of water and the wind against the coast, thus creating caverns or caves made of calcium carbonate. It is pure marble, in intense grey, pink, bluish and white colours. The set is made up of several caves or islets. There are three main formations, the largest is called "La Catedral" and the other two "La capilla" and "La Cueva". The crystalline water of the lake allows you to see how these formations are submerged in the water up to several meters deep. The beauty of the caves and the intense turquoise color of General Carrera Lake, which is fed by the waters that come from the Patagonian glaciers, form a magnificent ensemble that is worth visiting if you are touring this isolated part of the world. _______________________________________ Las cuevas de mármol, también llamadas “Santuario de la Naturaleza Capillas de Mármol” son unas extrañas formaciones geológicas situadas cerca de la población de Puerto Río Tranquilo en la ruta austral chilena. Estas formaciones, que se encuentran en el Lago General Carrera, han ido tomando forma a lo largo de los años por la erosión del agua y el viento contra la costa, creando así unas cavernas o cuevas compuestas de carbonato de calcio. Se trata de mármol puro, de intensos colores grises, rosas, azulados y blancos. El conjunto está formado por varias cuevas o islotes. Hay tres formaciones principales, la más grande recibe el nombre de “La Catedral” y las otras dos “La capilla” y “La Cueva”. El agua tan cristalina del lago permite ver como estas formaciones se sumergen en el agua hasta varios metros de profundidad. La belleza propia de las cuevas y el intenso color turquesa del Lago General Carrera, que se alimenta de las aguas que llegan desde los glaciares patagónicos, forman un conjunto magnífico y que merece la pena visitar si se está recorriendo este aislado paraje del mundo.

When we find ourselves in difficult moments and things happen to us that we cannot solve since the solution is not in our hands, the best thing we can do is calm down and put our ideas in order, if we do not do it, we can do something wrong that we can later regret and when that happens there is no remedy, so the most important thing is to reflect before making the mistake and be at peace with yourself. _______________________________________ MOMENTO DE REFLEXIÓN Buenos días mis amigos noiseros, hoy me tocó tiempo de reflexionar, hay momentos que estamos abrumados que necesitamos reflexionar y hoy es uno de esos momentos que necesito poner en orden mis ideas, ponerme de acuerdo con mi yo interior. Cuando nos encontramos en momentos difíciles y nos suceden cosas que no podemos resolver ya que la solución no está en nuestras manos pues lo mejor que podemos hacer es calmarnos y poner nuestras ideas en orden, si no lo hacemos podemos hacer algo erróneo que luego podemos arrepentirnos y cuando eso pasa ya no hay remedio, por eso lo más importante es reflexionar antes de cometer el error y estar en paz contigo mismo.

The sky is filled with different tones and colors, all of them beautiful, they call it the Aurora Borealis, the legends say that it only lasts a few minutes, but at that time even animals of all species come together. MIEDO Hay una gran mayoría de la población que le tiene un gran miedo a las ranas, pero por qué tenerle miedo a éstos animalitos que son indefensos y no perjudican en lo absoluto, ellas son feas pero si las ves desde otro punto de vista nos ayudan mucho, se comen los insectos que tantos nos molestan como son los mosquitos, moscas y cucarachas, pues si ellas no te muerden ni nada por el estilo por qué el miedo, si ellas cuando nos ven lo que hacen es esconderse porque nos temen de que le hagan daño. Podemos tener un poco de paciencia al ver un animalito tan indefenso que nos ayuda de alguna manera en nuestros patios y hogares.

EMIGRAR ES COMO MORIR Bonita reflexión la leí y quise compartirlo con ustedes. Cuando se acerca el día de despedirse, sientes como poco a poco te caes, hasta que llega el día. Están tus familiares y algunos amigos despidiéndose de ti, sin la certeza de que algún día te verán otra vez, y mientras avisan que ya se va el bus, las lágrimas y el llanto comienza a salir a flote; Te abrazan tan fuerte como si fuese un último adiós... Hasta que finalmente sientes que algo dentro de ti muere. Tu familia empieza un proceso de duelo, todos los días te extrañan, todos los días te recuerdan, todos los días te lloran. En tu casa sobra un plato en la mesa, sobra una cama, un cuarto. Tus amigos empiezan a darse cuenta la clase de persona que eras, cuanto valías y ahora cuanto haces falta; que realmente no todo era rumbear y reír, si no también llorar y escuchar, pero conforme pasa el tiempo, se van acostumbrando a la idea de que no estás. Mientras tú aún no te acostumbras a estar sin tu familia y amigos, con frío y preocupado, así es la vida de un hijo que ha salido de su país. Tener a los tuyos lejos definitivamente te mata, te seca, te rompe y aún no te haces la idea de que así permanecerás un buen rato. Para los que quedaron es más fácil, si le rodean el resto de la familia; Cuando uno se va, sólo duele unos días porque de alguna manera, quedan acompañados, pero nadie reflexiona la otra cara de la moneda: Cuando estás rodeado de familiares o amigos, y uno es quien se va, ¿Cómo se hace? Cuando nos vamos, dejamos un espacio, un lugar y nuestra gente en "PAUSED", mientras que para ellos el tiempo transcurrirá totalmente igual, todos continuaron con sus vidas; y aunque muchos nos dijeron "TE EXTRAÑO DEMASIADO" no pareciera afectarles mucho. El día en que por fin podamos ir de nuevo a nuestro país miraremos todo tan diferente, todo y todos estarán tan distintos, a unos los visitaremos a su casa, a unos al hospital y a otros sencillamente nos tocará llevarle flores...
