These tremendous animals are oniscídeos, better known as ground pig or cochineal. They are a suborder of terrestrial isopod crustaceans whose function is neither more nor less than to eliminate heavy metals such as mercury, cadmium and lead from the earth, which are harmful to humans, contributing to the cleaning of the soil and groundwater and confirming once again the wisdom of nature. If you find them, you must be happy because they are purifying your soil. Son un suborden de crustáceos isópodos terrestres cuya función es ni más ni menos que eliminar de la tierra los metales pesados como el mercurio, el cadmio y el plomo los cuales son dañinos para el humano, contribuyendo a la limpieza del suelo y las aguas subterráneas y confirmando una vez más la sabiduría de naturaleza. Si los encuentras, debes estar feliz porque están depurando tu suelo. ¡No los lastimes!
