Taking care of our mental Health
Once again,I would like to talk about regarding mental today,it's just that,there's a sad news from the neighborhood yesterday,and it's related to suicide.Maybe some people here are sensitive in this topic but its really happening today.
Mental health is such a serious thing,that no one can boost himself not to suffer weakness in this issue.Even a strongest man living ,may experienced depression and anxiety.It not a joke,and it really needs attention.
This might be a very unfavorable news,but it really reminds us the importance of having a healthy mental health,and giving value with each of our family member.
Everyone has its own battle everyday,just like how did the world changes lately,especially with every household who suffers scarcity in food and financial matters.
It reminded me,being a part of a certain family to be mindful,show some love thatand care.Our presence might be enough to make our family feels that they are valuable to us.To keep tighten our family relationship more and more to help each other.
People nowadays are so stressed with the oil price hike,and basic goods are soaring day by day. As life gets harder,there's also a battle in the mind on how to survive day by day.
To maintaining a healthy mental health there are some factors that we should consider;
Communicate as much as possible
It's a matter of communication and keeping in touched with our parents and siblings,partners,wife,or husband,every now and then.In order to have a healthy mentality,we really need to talk,and communicate with people.Sharing our problems and burdens in life with our family or a friend.Its better to talk it out and seek for help if we needed it,once we are storing it inside it will just make our heart too heavy.
Having a social interactions like getting along with our family,and friends.My point is,we should have a way to express our feelings from the inside,either by words,or writings.Like this platform,it's very helpful to maintain a healthy mental health,because we can interact with people,write our thoughts and emotions,which we can't be able to do in outside world.
Yes,life today seems like a roller coaster ,it's goes up and down,accepting the fact that it really happens even if we admit it or not.Things really changed,and this is what we are experiencing lately.
As a part of a family,we should also be sensitive with our family members who needs attention and someone to cry on.We are too busy everyday,but we can try to find time to bond with each other,having coffee,soda or whatever,at least they can feel our presence .It's so hard to deal with the feelings of being alone,that seems no one is there for you.
Eat Well
Even if we are too busy doing our things each day,we should never let ourselves starved.As I have experienced before that I was sick for many months.Those time when I don't eat properly,I just always finished my worked even if it makes me late to eat my lunch or breakfast,I did it for how many times for a few months I ended up sick.
To stay active mentally,we should have a proper meal everyday,I don't know what do you prefer to eat but at least you will provide your body with the appropriate nutrients that you needed for your work.
Do the things you like
What are the things that makes you feel better?Is it singing,dancing ,arts or hanging out with friends,karaoke or a cup of coffee.
Giving ourselves a spare time to do what we want if very helpful,and a good investment for our mental health.When our body feels good,and happy we have a healthy mind and relaxed.
Always keep yourself hydrated
As I have learned from a lady talking inside the jeepney,she is a teacher ,she said that 70% of our brain is water.That is why if we are lack of water ,it will affect our mental health.
So let us keep ourselves hydrated and be healthy by taking a lot of water to keep ourselves fit ,not just mentally but as a whole being.
Do your task one at a time
Do you agree that multitasking sometimes is not good for us?I just learned it from a psychologist when I browse online.It can makes us exhausted and sometimes makes our temper and emotions goes higher when we fail on the other and if we cannot complete our task for the day
I do experienced this everytime,I do my chores in the house while doing online things,it's makes me feel so tired and then I ended up making mistakes of disregarding other tasks, or sometimes unfinished.
As a mom,I cooked while washing clothes,while browsing my phone sometimes,and it happens that my food will be burned or else I finished my laundries in the afternoon.That is why I always finished first my chores at home and feed my kids before doing anything.
Humans are not like robots,we need to take a rest and find time for ourselves .
Have time to laughed and smile often,let us make our life full of colors .Takes a deep a breath and have fun while we live.

Mental health is important just like our physical health. mental health matter a lot because if our mental health is not fine we don't feel fine in anything we don't feel to do anything in this life and we feel lost all the way. taking care of mental is more important than anything.
