Nothing Beats Consistency In Business

If consistency was to be a person, it'll be the best business tycoon, nothing beats it, everyone would be coming from far and wide to seek counsel from the hands of consistently, and beat you, consistency wouldn't be ashamed, of course it would surely have a thing or two to help with. There is truly a whole lot we learn overtime, not just to work or have it all working perfectly, there are days and there are days, if you know what I mean, some days would be so nice palatable, other days, not so much, those days you can feel like giving up, however consistency chooses to stay and learn from those times also.

Just as we can't deny the wisdom of the elders, it doesn't matter what you are going through, they can easily relate to it and they know a thing or two to say to you to help out with. Its exactly what consistency does, it makes you grow in the line of business. You must admit with me that life is a continuous learning process, even in businesses, everyday we keep Learning, in fact the learning never stops, however there is more probability that you can understand what's going on or have an idea of what you need to do, when you've been with it for a long time, nothing looks so strange anymore.

It's also has a way of assuring people that you're the best man for the job. Of course it's not by gray hairs, also its not be just working on the job, its about your dedication, I mean your activeness in the business overtime. So some one could be 50 years old but has only been in the business for 7 years, while another can be 30 and has been in this line of business almost all his life, who do you expect to be the king of the business, of course the 30 years old man, he has a whole lot of experience and can very much offer a lot more, than the older man. So business respects no age, what it wants to know is how long have you been consistent with us. How long have you stayed.

No wonder some jobs keeps requiring years of experience, one time I saw a job and it asked for 15 years working experience, and I was stunned, I'm like what do the employers of this particular job need, definitely they don't care for the brilliance of a fresh graduate, definitely they are not bothered about how good you learnt in school, if you haven't been working for that position for as much as 15 years, then you have to seat that one out, better still simply apply for another position. They understand very much that someone with such experience could be working under the firm, but working as though he is independent, cause he knows how best to minimize any risk and expenses, yet provide the best output.

Like I earlier stated, one could be in the line of business but surely isn't growing, growing in knowledge especially. It's one thing to be in business, it's another to be going up the ladder, in consistency, going up the ladder is a needed trait. Just as its said that to whom much is given much is expected, and to whom much has been given and expected, its certain that much must be learnt from the experience, so your level of growth too counts, don't be afraid to grow, keep moving up and gaining more grounds, it helps more, it helps with the confidence, it helps with the expertise, it really helps with your experience in general, you are fully certain you're capable.

As much as possible, one must keep learning, learn today, be ready to learn again tomorrow. Different people respond to new challenges differently though, but it never changes the fact that a new challenge Is like a stepping stone to achieving more. Take a moment back and remember, surely there are times you feel stocked, not knowing what to do next, but currently that issue can never bother you again, now you've seen how easy it is to navigate the problem, you were only ignorant of the solution then. So let's never stop learning, when a new problem arise, we still need to be consistent, with this we are sure to be wiser.

Its never easy to stay and this is a fact, most times we all wish it to always be rosy, especially when you have counterparts, competitions who appear to be doing better, then we begin to question ourselves, am I sure I'm doing it rightly, am I supposed to be here at all? However if we stay, should be not give up and keep on grinding, its certain we would gain more grounds and be in a much better place too. It's mostly perfferd we work on passion or grow to have passion for the job, this way we don't easily get tired, and can still wake up the next day willing to try again. Its not a easy journey, not for anyone, its has never been a easy journey, however those who are consistent are the bosses.

Time and experience brings the respect you deserve, there is a day of reckoning, all we need to do is to keep being faithful to the course, not minding the stress or the discomfort, now we are here, we are going to learn and learn until we know it as though it's at the back of our palms. Nothing beats a man who can stay consistent. He might not feel like it in some days but yet he chooses to stay, he might feel like giving up but he still has hope that the business has a lot more to offer. Surely one day we would be standing with his head high, he would be respected among many. It's one thing consistency is good at, earning you your due respect. Be consistent today in that business guys. You win.
