When seeing to make a change in our lives, we look at what needs changing, overtime it's been discovered that the true changes are needed to happen firstly in our mindset, if we can transform the mind, then we can transform our lives. I would like to address few mentalities among the many stereotypes that are wrong and detrimental to us personally and to the world as a whole collectively.
Its said that as far as the eyes can see is all you can get, some things we accept to be possible some other things we have tagged as rather impossible, since they are apparently impossible then why pursue it. The main limitation hasn't been external forces, it can be but that's not the main causes of limitations, the main limitation I say is ourselves, our mentality is the Ariel photograph, then as we work in line with what we see then we can start achieving. We rarely know the full measures of our potentials, things we can do and as long as we aren't aware, we would keep on moving slow.
Reasons why they say knowledge is light, everyday is a good time to learn something new and build yourself to increase your understanding. We know already that no one was born to know it all, its all a process, those out there doing great things, achieving bigger feet are not superhumans or genetically separated to be superb compared to the rest of the word. No rather it's all about devotion oneself to learning and learning well, it's how much you know you can give out. So the mentality of segmenting outstanding people to being more of a human than you is wrong, they have only learnt to be what they are. The learning process is open to everyone.
Already I feel like we all should look at ourselves as the main actor of this movie called life, moreover we only know ourselves, but after growing up with so much hope and aspirations, its funny to see that few people would want to give up easily, and find a silly excuse to relents, hearing words like "its not my destiny, I've tried my best, I'll just accept it as it comes, moreover everyone would die someday", such words as this completely makes me what to talk to you for long hours. No one is created different, we were all brought into the world by a woman and as we grow from infancy here. No one came in to be big and a genius all at once, so let's learn, we can be anything we set our minds to be.
Also Relationships mentality are also an area to consider revaluation, it's not suppose to be an hospitals to cure your issues, if you have issues that you don't like, then work it out, its bad to find someone to fill the areas. Why put someone else through the labour of taking care of you, as if you are the only one that matters, how about the other, who takes care of them. Finding a man to sort out your financial issues is bad, making this the basis of search would mostly lead to a wrong choice. Finding a girl to cure your sexual urges is bad too, what happens when you've both gotten so use to each other and she doesn't excite you as before, how would you stay faithful?
Relationship has more to look out for, than finding someone to settle our various needs, both parties should be whole, not become a burden for the other. You just got your heart broken and now you're searching for someone to help amend the heart, who is a glue, you had better heal yourself first, let it go and not but the next guy or lady through hell because of your trust issues, or heart brokenness, be well and enough to know that you are right for another person before jumping to a relationship, you'll do this if you care for the person as much.
Looking around today, we begin to wonder how much level of nasty attitudes are spreading around, do these people have parents, how did they manage to get bad to this level. More than an environmental factor, believe me when I say home training has more functions to a childs life. Trying to grow them with love and all level of consciousness to see them be better people is a Paramount quest. More than our jobs and desires, our kids come first so if we can devote to train them well, most of the worlds corruption and crime would be depreciated.
Yet another mentality to change is in the area of training up our kids, Who said it's wrong to discipline a child, the Bible said plainly that "Spare the rod and spoil the child", children are naturally naughty, not because they are bad but they are not aware of what's right to do and what's not right. Things easily skip their minds because they seek for fun mostly, but that fear knowing that dad or mom or aunt has warned me this is bad and should I do it again, I'll be trashed would definitely stick to them more. A stage is coming where parents would have little dominance on their kids and so the manner of approach to correcting them would also change, but it still doesn't stop the parents from doing what's right and speaking out against the wrongs.
Firstly to think there is no God is funny, then not choose not to serve the creator of everyone and everything is more absurd. He said " I am the lord your God and thou shall serve no other God beside me". Its a mandate, not forcefully though, the choice is ours, however since we all know there is more to live, there is more to our 120 years on earth, there is a place after here that is more important than here, so it's only rational we follow the words of our creator who knows more than us all combined and be the best. Serving God has more to offer us both here on earth and after earth. Undoubtedly its the best choice any can make.
There are more wrong stereotypes eating deep into our society, and they have caused more harm than good,,it has changed our mentality badly, and the newer generations are growing to accepting the culture. We however must seek to be different, knowing what's wrong or right and rehabilitating our mentality. Success is ours, as much as we believe possible we can achieve.
