The latest study of consumer habits during the pandemic, and what may stay afterward, from Hub shows that 28% of consumers report having signed up for at least of one new streaming service since February, before the pandemic began.
Online streaming sites like Netflix and Stan are one among the large economic winners of the pandemic supported by these figures.
As per analysts, housebound viewers became voracious consumers of streaming sites, with the key players in streaming services seeing an enormous increase in subscribers.
So, More people are watching content online and using streaming OTT platforms during this lockdown thanks to the corona virus pandemic.
