These high vibration foods will keep your vibration raised, and allow you to take on anything that comes your way!
You Have One Body
Before I start into the high vibration food list, I wanted to share a quick story to put what we eat into perspective. I'm sure you've heard the phrase: 'you are what you eat', and what we put into our body we become. The famous American investor Warren Buffett had an interesting take on this that I thought applied.
While addressing a group of high school students who were set to graduate, Warren Buffet made an interesting analogy. Warren told the class: "Imagine that when you graduate I will buy you a car of your choosing.....any car you'd like". The high school students minds began to race...."A Lamborghini, a Ferrari, a Porsche" I'm sure many thought. Warren next told them that they would own this car free and clear, but the only caveat was: "This will be the only car you own for the rest of your life".
The high school students may have started to rethink their decision once they knew that this would be the only car they would have for the rest of their life. Buffett went on to explain: "If you knew this car is the one you have for the rest of your life, wouldn't you make sure you followed the service intervals? You would take care of it to the best of your ability, you would make sure that it's always in tip top shape." What Warren was getting at by the end of the talk is that our bodies are like 'that car'.
We receive one earthly body, and that's it. Advances in technology, science, and medicine keep us going for quite a long time, but don't you think it's important to do your part in taking care of 'your car'. Knowing this is the only body you get, wouldn't you take every possible measure to care for it? Your body, mind, and spirit all need maintenance, and this high vibration foods list is just one aspect of taking care of it.
High Vibration Foods
You're probably familiar with most of the high vibration foods on this list, but some may be new to you. When considering which foods are high or low vibration for yourself, use your judgement and intuition. You know the difference between a cheeseburger from your favorite fast food chain and an apple. Which one do you think will provide greater benefit? The other aspect to take into consideration is situational. Sure a large slice of chocolate cake that is loaded with sugar isn't the best choice, but what if it's after a celebratory dinner? What if you splurge over an accomplishment, or hitting a milestone. Celebrating an achievement is "high vibration" in an of itself. Remember, everything in moderation though!
Vegetables: Dark leafy greens are ideal, but anything that was grown and received energy from the sun is ideal. Vegetables provide countless vitamins and minerals that sustain our bodies.
Fruit/Berries: Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Apples, Oranges, these fruits all provide key vitamins and most importantly anti-oxidants that aid our bodies and raise vibration. Fruits and Berries have natural sugars which will curb your craving for low vibration, processed sugars. It's natures candy!
Nuts: Almonds, Peanuts, Walnuts, Sunflower Seeds, they all have tremendous benefits that will raise your vibration. They are high in protein, fiber and antioxidants. They are wonderful to snack on and keep you full throughout the day. Nuts provide long lasting energy that can sustain you while you work.
Water: I know, I know, It's not a 'food', but it's the lifeblood of the body. Up to 60% of your body is water, and it serves a multitude of purposes. Water is the 'life' of every cell, and acts as a building material. Water regulates our internal body temperature, and flushes out toxins. The heart and brain are both 73% water, and it's critically important to stay hydrated!
Herbal Tea: Most of us are used to drinking coffee, but that doesn't raise your vibration! Herbal Teas have less caffeine (which we become addicted to), contain more antioxidants, and reduce risk of heart attack. Those benefits in and of themselves are worth the change, let a lone the increase in vibration!
Herbs: Fresh herbs have a number of benefits besides just raising your vibration. They make your food taste better, they're aesthetically pleasing, and they offer a number of health benefits as well. Cinnamon lowers blood sugar, and has powerful anti-diabetic effects. Sage can improve brain function and memory. Peppermint reduces nausea.
Probiotics: Kombucha, yogurt, and cottage cheese are all great probiotics. Probiotics contain good bacteria that keep your body healthy and working well. This healthy bacteria fight off bad bacteria, increase heart health and aid in urinary health.
Cacao: The raw and organic version before it becomes chocolate is monumental beneficial. The Cacao beans are bitter, but they have a number of high vibration properties. Cacao can help with depression, has more calcium than cow milk and is packed with iron and antioxidants.
Raw Honey: Raw honey is a wonderful source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Raw honey can also heal wounds directly, and also fights inflammation in the brain.
Healthy Oils: Olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado oil are all high vibration oils. They are better for cooking and just like everything else on the list, have high antioxidants. These oils also help with a number of diseases like heart, Alzheimer's and can prevent strokes.
Low Vibration Foods
This high vibrations food list will give you a better understanding of what will raise your vibration, but common sense goes a long way. A cheeseburger or fried chicken from the local fast food restaurant will surely make you feel sluggish and lower your vibration. Stay away from processed foods, high sugar drinks, and fast food options.
As I'm sure you're well aware, everything vibrates, including our thoughts, and the food we eat. Tending the garden of your mind from negative thoughts is only one part of staying in a high vibration. What you feed your body has a tremendous effect on your frequency and vibration.
Stay away from:
Soda
Coffee
Alcohol
Microwaved foods
Fast Food
Processed meats/meals
Deep Fried
Frozen Food
Foods like this may make you feel better in the short term, but over the long term they have a detrimental effect. I am in no way saying you can't splurge every now and again, but over a longer period of time these foods will make you feel low and slow. Moderation is key, like everything in life. You deserve a treat to reward yourself, or for a monumental occasion. Only you can weigh the pros and cons for what you decide to consume and at what level.
Conclusion

Always be mindful and grateful for the meal you're about to have, and be positive about what you're consuming. Eating right isn't the only way to raise your vibration, you must also feed your mind. This is a wonderful article that needed to be covered! The only thing I disagree about is coffee! Coffee is actually very healthy for humans, especially men, 'cause it raises the testosterone and human growth hormone.
