Enemy Within - The Unmask

Warning! This ain't for the faint-hearted!

This enemy we're about to unmask is the reason for all the things that are happening to you and me. The realization is astonishing and frightening. Not the devil nor your friends. Who is this enemy then? Take a sit, have an open mind and let's go unmasking!

This article actually reminds me of an action movie series named NOW YOU SEE ME. According to that movie, I remember it was centered on cyber hackers who actually steal from very wealthy people who they think are stealing from the people. The theft that caught my attention more was that of one CEO of an insurance firm.

This insurance firm owed many people and refused to pay for some reasons. The cyber criminals made up of four persons, who weren't known, organized a show with so many people in attendance and also invited the CEO of the insurance firm. The man was given a special seat close to the stage. He felt he was being honoured, ignorant of what was going to happen.

Some persons in the audience were asked to pick a random number. After picking, they won huge amounts of money, which was credited in that instance to everyone's amazement. Whilst they receive credit alerts, the CEO received debit alerts. These cyber criminals eventually emptied the account of the CEO of the insurance firm. He couldn’t do a thing. He realized that his legs were tired when he tried to attack the criminals. The criminals escaped, and every attendee left the show with money in their accounts.

I felt really sorry for the head of investigation. He was doing his best to unmask the hackers, but then these criminals were always 10 steps ahead of him and his team. It was a humiliating experience, but as the movie was about to end,

I got a shocker!

It was the very same police investigator that was the leader of this cyber criminals! You can only imagine how open my mouth was, lol. If I was asked while watching the movie, who is responsible for all the crimes I wouldn't in my wildest thought think or ever come to the conclusion that the investigator is the enemy.

What an Enemy Within he is! – someone very close, someone that can not be suspected because of the confidence and trust you have, destroys and create havoc and comes to console. No one deserves an enemy within, but that does not stop them from existing anyways.

Personally,

who do you think can be classified as an enemy within? Your friends? Your close relatives? Your wife? Husband? Girlfriend or boyfriend?? Well, just so you know none of these sets of people are your enemy. The real enemy is closer to you than all of these people and knows you way more than them.

Can you guess who that person is?...

that person is YOU!!!

Surprised? Yeah, that was exactly what I felt when I heard it, but the realization of its authenticity hit me after thinking for a while.

How can I be my own enemy? Is that even possible??

Well yes it is. Let's ask ourselves some questions:

Who decided to give up and missed a great opportunity?

Who allowed others to determine your value?

Who always think about negative things that in turn killed the dreams?

Who expected so much and was later disappointed?

Who kept comparing to others which later led to unhappiness and rivalry?

Who made excuses and later discovered time has been wasted?

Who accepted the idea that friend brought, which later ended in regrets?

Who kept doing same things but hoping for a change and change never came?

Who kept holding on to things, didn't let go and was unhappy?

I believe by now you can see that it wasn't any village people like we say in Nigeria or any other person that was actually responsible. It was you all along doing the havoc, causing the problems.

I will write more about what and how in Enemy Within 2. For now, I'd give you time to come to terms with this realization.
