A lot of times we've heard this saying that there's nothing new under the sun, because there's nothing I'll type now that is new, its all what we've all known one way or the other.
Africa has been a major source of concern when it has to do with leadership, in April -july 1994 in a country called Rwanda a plane in which the president of Rwanda boarded was bombed down and this caused hinachy.
The country went into turmoil, in 100days 1million people were killed genocide have taken over the system. From 1994 till this present time the Rwandan government decided to get leadership Right and Reconstructed the Nation, they built everything from nothing they we're able to create something after 25 years, Rwanda is being know as the fastest African Economy.
Dubai has said to have built great structures and managed their resources adequately to make sure the country functions well, we have one of the best infrastructures in Dubai, the tallest buildings, wonderful technological machines in Dubai amongst many.
Then the question prompts into my mind.
How did that transformation happen?
What happened to these great Nations, what was responsible for their growth the answer is "Good LEADERSHIP"

Africa today has over 1.2billion people and the 2nd most populous Continent in the world but yet the hub of bad leadership and corruption.
Life is about impact not statistics.
There is a saying there's no smoke without fire.
Bad leadership is a fire which burns down a nation taking "Nigeria" as a case study, a country with the largest population in Africa and the most populous black nation in the world was reported to be the poverty hub in the world. What really happened? The nation Nigeria is said to have all resources ranging from crude oil, gold , gas , diamond and its great people.
But why still remain poor and have its citizens running out of the country to go find greener pastures outside the shores of the Nation Nigeria?
The answer is bad Leadership,
Leadership has been a major contributor of either good prospect or bad ideology of a Nation.
Poor infrastructure, poor medical facilities, bad roads or No roads, no adequate electricity supply, lack of education funding, no solid structures and above all our leaders needs Restructuring,
Restructuring in terms of they need to know why and what to do to keep a nation moving, they need to see how the outer world functions, again one thing African leaders need to kill is greed bad Leadership begot corruption, which greed is a major factor.
Greed has been a major contributor of failure in leadership across Africa, one man trying to steal and keep the resources of a full nation instead of making sure her citizens are well cared for with such fund given to him or her by the government.
I believe the Rwandan nation Got it right in terms of leadership to build a stronger and a better nation.
Good leadership begins with us, how we treat our fellow neighbors and also how we stand for our right.
Leadership is a bed rock to every Nation.
To build a nation we need good leadership.
