How much respect can a woman who earns higher than her husband give?

14 36

Love they say is what drives a relationship into marriage but in today's world, the narrative is being changed without Money a lot of things can't happen.

It's widely known that love alone, is not enough to keep a family standing. There are other factors like Money, respect, loyalty, sex e.t.c contributing to a healthy marriage , in a situation where a wife earns more than the husband, will there be respect and love?

Even if there is, how long can a woman keep up before she starts acting weird?

For the ladies do you think it's an issue earning higher than your husband?

Let's hear your view

It's a no brainer to have this bring up conflicts in marriages. Whosoever earns more is for the betterment of both.. Wasn't marriage the making of two to be one?

Most ladies don't see it this way, they tag them self as the bread winner of the home, and later disrespect the man

That goes a long way to say she isn't submissive. The Bible says that the Husband should love while the woman submits. Only a submissive woman wouldn't mind, and all wives should be submissive.

It would depend on the woman's mindset and her ability to subject herself under her husband.

Logically speaking the marriage in which the wife is richer than the husband is bad news. Women don't have respect. Even if they do. They only shoe it when they know they will benefit something because of their gold digging attributes

Your really an African man, that's how women behave tho, when they don't benefit they don't venture, I guess they are following the 21st century trend

For me,it is not an issue whether who is earning higher as long as they help and support each others career path. There is nothing wrong whether a woman earns higher than her husband.

That's not the point , what happens when she earns more and foot the bills, later she starts grumbling?

base on my experience, i once become a breadwinner in our family..the respect remains and i did not ever complain or grumbled, instead, my respect and my love for my husband become much stronger than ever..

well, this question requires are personal answer because everyone has their own perspective... we were not all trained by the same parents... I have seen parents who tell their female daughters not to marry any man that doesn't have money... so if the woman has such a mother that tells her something like that, how do you think she would react when she becomes the bread winner... Obviously not in a blessing manner to the man because she would now feel in charge.

bro it seems you are not used to how stubborn women can be, if a woman decided to let go she would but if she says no... it almost final... The are very devoted in what they do...
