Circa February 14, 2020 It was February 11, 2022, when I started writing this piece. I sprang out of bed and went straight to my table, where I opened my laptop. While I was waiting for the laptop to open, I checked my phone and saw a lengthy romantic message from my sweetheart. As I read the lengthy essay, I was reminded of the times we had two years ago when we celebrated Valentine's Day and our Monthsary.

We celebrated Valentine's Day for the first time in February 2020. We were so exclusive to date every night at the time. When I left my school that day, I walked directly to his office, which is just 5 minutes away from my university. When he finished his job, we decided to go to Greenfield in Mandaluyong since there were a live bands and food booths every Friday, and it was also Valentine's Day, so it was really romantic to go there.

By the way, I was wearing a flowery dress with a denim jacket at the time. Aside from the date, there was also a party at my university, but since I wanted to spend the whole day with my boyfriend, I simply went straight to him and left my buddies at school hahaha. When we arrived in Greenfield, we were astounded to discover food vendors and picture booths decorated with hearts and flowers all over the area. Partner was such a photographer to me at the moment. He wants me to have a photoshoot everywhere we go. I also enjoyed the mood at the time. It was warm and romantic. The place is packed with couples, and love is in the air!

We went hunting for dinner after we had several photoshoots and listened to the live musicians there. Actually, there were a lot of *sosyaling* streetfoods there, and they were pretty pricey, hehe. But when we noticed a *chicharong bulaklak*, hubby decided to get one styro bag of it before heading to KFC for our special supper.

*"You are without a doubt, my other half"* Oh! I recall this one as well. That was my present to him at the time. I went to our favorite bakery store before heading to his workplace to get some brownies, which are his favorite, and then I left some messages. I also recall that when we went to KFC while he was in line at the cashier, I hid this present in his bag and instructed him to open it when he returned. He was shocked when he saw it inside. I recall his face becoming bright crimson when he saw it. *Kinilig yern?* After we finished our meal, we decided to return to Greenfield and listen to some live music again. I could tell by the look on his face that he was having a great time on our romantic date. That was the most memorable Valentine's Day I've ever experienced. And I am very delighted to say that I am still experiencing the extremely deep connection between us to this day. Yes, there is still love in the air. This pandemic reminded me that no matter what hurdles we encounter as a relationship, we must not lose hope in one another. Love must always win. I've been with this guy for 31 months and I'm still passionately in love with him. I may be irritated with him at times, but I couldn't imagine myself with any of the other males except him. Is this real love? If that's the case, I don't want to lose this kind of guy. *To my beloved Arvie,* *I've loved you from day one, and I still do on this 949th day of our relationship. If you only knew how much I adore you. Thank you for the 22776 hours of love you've given me since we began dating. Thank you very much for your lengthy patience, even though you might be cranky and harsh at times. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and insights with me.
