Two Women Entrepreneurs in a Small Indian Town
Entrepreneurship doesn't always mean a big investment.
There are myths about entrepreneurship and business. People think that starting a small business requires a massive amount of capital. People also keep a notion that one requires a business family background to start a business.
Family support is essential for any kind of career. If it is business, you need unconditional moral support from the family.
You don't always need huge funds to start an entrepreneurial venture. The essential ingredients for starting a small business are the idea, i.e., the minimum viable product (MVP), courage, and self-belief. To continue and sustain, you need the "never give up" attitude.
Educated youths don't get enough job opportunities
The global employment scene is not bright. Educated citizens don't have enough job opportunities. The job market shrunk more because of the enforced lockdowns during the last two-plus years of the so-called "pandemic" (or "PlanDemic").
In fact, the state of employment availability is not at all encouraging. The situation is severe in the third-world countries in Asia, Africa, and Soth America.
In these circumstances, the global youth must learn and practice entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurship training must start from high school onwards.
Today, I will write a real story about how two educated Indian girls are doing well in their small businesses in roadside food selling. Both girls graduated from college and university. But, they were suffering to get a suitable job. Then, they decided to plunge into entrepreneurship.
Educated women food sellers in a suburban town in India
There is a global job shortage noticed in most nations of the world. When a youth passes out of college, he/she is not guaranteed a job by the state. There are very less employment opportunities.
QUESTION: What is the solution to this problem of job crunch?
ANSWER: Entrepreneurship can only solve the problem of job crunch.
Currently, I got super inspired to read and watch entrepreneurship development stories from semi-urban areas of India. I will describe only a couple of entrepreneurial ventures in the food selling sector, which I have watched in a young girl's vlog.
Video: "M.A. Pass| Girl Momo Seller in a Small Town | Krishnanagar."
Two educated girls from semi-urban areas of West Bengal, India proved how they initiated small businesses to solve their unemployment problem.
Both girls are educated and got degrees from college and university. One has earned a Bachelor's degree, and another has a Master's degree. When they faced employment, they discussed it among themselves and decided to start small businesses.
They came out of the stereotypes of trying for employment as the only career option. They planned for a small business of food selling and started their roadside shops in Krishnanagar.
First Story: M.A. Pass "Fuchka" (Panipuri in Hindi) Snacks Seller
Shimpi passed her M.A. in Bengali recently but couldn't secure any job. She didn't take job crunch as a negativity-building experience. Instead, she started a roadside food selling business in "Fuchka," a mouth-watering snack.

Shimpi's story encourages me to pour more effort into all my entrepreneurial exercises. I will definitely try to visit her roadside shop in Krishnanagar.
Second Story: B.A. Pass "Momo" (also Momo in Hindi) Snacks Seller
Ankita is a friend of the first entrepreneur girl, i.e., Shimpi. She passed her BA in Bengali a couple of years ago. She tried hard to get a job but couldn't succeed in securing one. Because everybody knows the lack of employment opportunities in the country for years.
She and her friend decided to start selling snacks on the roadside of the crowded town of Krishnanagar. Her item is "Momo" and doesn't overlap with her friend's item, "Fuchka."
Ankita's "Momo" selling business has been successfully launched, and customers are satisfied with the quality and price of her delicious "Momo."

What a story of developing a small business in "Momo" selling. I am super excited to watch and learn about Ankita's "Momo" selling business. I will surely visit her shop some day or the other.
Bringing it altogether
Entrepreneurship is a must to do activity after high school and college.
In fact, teaching hands-on entrepreneurship must start from high school.
Entrepreneurship can solve the problem of employment in human society.
Today's article has taken two examples of women entrepreneurs who took bold steps to plan, start, and sustain small businesses in food selling.
I strongly recommend learning and practicing entrepreneurship in whatever way is possible. Entrepreneruship is the need of the time that can save the globe from employment shortage.
