Inspiration is Useless Unless It Offers Any Actionable Advice
I do like inspirational quotes and articles. I always get inspired by reading motivational blogs. Watching a lecture by a life coach or an inspirational guru is an enjoyment. I can pass the full day listening to inspirational teachings. Listicles or blogs with a large number of tips, such as "10 tips to grow a lucrative business" are fun to read, but may not suggest useful and actionable steps. Are you going to make your life full of quotations and get frustrated when you notice that you haven't yet acquired a fraction of what the celebrity quotes say? My motivation comes from a single tip or advice, or maximum a couple of tips, as I can try to follow those couple of advice. On the contrary, if I try to follow fifty tips, I will definitely get myself lost inside the jungle of inspirational tips! Inspirational leaders are worse than hands-on leaders During my childhood days, I used to play football. I didn't have any professional coach. There were a couple of senior players in our locality who used to offer us tips on football playing. One fellow used to offer big lectures on how to tackle and dribble the ball, etc. but never ever did he show us how to do those tricks. Another fellow used to join us on the football ground with the ball and used to demonstrate only one technique a week. We could follow this senior player as he described and demonstrated only one technique for the entire week. Inspirational leaders act similarly to their followers. They deliver big lectures but never come onto the ground reality of life to demonstrate the huge theoretical knowledge they shared in their lectures. On the other hand, the hands-on leaders teach a few tricks by regularly participating along with the followers. This makes followers grasp and learn the teachings by practice. Only hopes can't improve issues of life, technology, and business I often read people writing, "Let us hope the crypto will improve." It is quite normal to hope and wait when things go abnormal or worse. But, such big hopes may appear as hypes. It is the technology, not the hope and hype that are driving cryptocurrencies. If cryptocurrencies can come out with continually improving technologies, there are enough possibilities for improvement and growth. Action is the key to improving everything in life Inspirational tips are useless unless they contain a few actionable pieces of advice. A few actionable steps can make a huge impact on everything we want to accomplish in our lives. Action is the key to improvement. Let us get inspired with a couple of actionable steps to develop a project. Start engaging with the real activities of the project development. You are so right Sir, inspiration must not only by words but through deeds, like the fact that one must lead by example as an inspiration. It is nice to know that you were playing football when you were young, although you were not having your professional coach but there you are, keep going and surely the suggestions from the senior players based on experiences are great. And I so love the thought that action is the key to improving life like what you have said.

Inspiration without a course of work to do is pointless just like dream without steps. Imagine telling someone that is hungry that he shouldn't worry, food will come without teaching the person what should be done or make it easier for the person. That's why most of these motivational speakers, I don't listen to them because most of them are not practical. There should be a step to follow, a guide as to how to make things better...it shouldn't be all about speaking.
I like your comparison of motivational lectures with presenting a "dream without steps." I know why people gather in numbers to listen to motivational speeches of celebrities. Those lectures are probably treated as entertainment, nothing more and nothing less. Thank you so much for your thoughtful comment and support.

I classified this type motivation as a temporary where words effects for short duration. After a day, you become again normal. Thanks brother for good content article.
Too much motivation washes away everything from the mind.
Realistic inspiration generates motivation to move and act like inspirational object. Action is key in success because it never comes by feelings and emotions.
You are correct in recognizing motivation as "feelings and emotions," whereas action connects us with the real world.
Haven't followed any motivational page or channel for 1.5 years as I already have a plan and burning desire. I just search for something if I am stuck. Watching those videos have a temporary effect. We have strong our why and how about our life and I don't think we will need their words. It's my personal belief may not be the case for everyone.
I agree. We indeed have our "why and how" in our lives. It is surprising people pay to attend inspirational lectures/courses. It is normal if they watch it as entertainment.
Many people invest their time listening to this people speak and never put to practice what they heard, because most times they are not practicable, how will you tell someone being chased by a lion to face his fears? Ridiculous quotes
Quotations are nicely constructed texts. These are the job of expert copywriters. I knew a little bit about a very famous person (who is no more), whose inspirational quotes used to be written by paid writers!
I used to be a big fan of motivational quotes but ever since I found out that most of the motivators are not real in terms of practising their worlds,, I just left. The biggest motivation is practical, and not just words on paper😥
You got it right, @Kacy01. The best motivation comes from small steps of learning action.
