The great resignation.

In a report, it is mentioned that the world lost around twenty-one million female workforces in the world in last five years. In a world where majority of the countries still do not have enough of the female workforce participation in the economy this rate is quite alarming. It is not a good sign that women are resigning when the world wants them to walk at par and want an equal participation in the workforce. But, at the same time I would also say that they are doing good, and it's actually matter of pride that they are actually resigning.
Reasons for their resignation:
Burnout: Burnout is one of the main reasons, the workload that these employees face can be irritating sometimes to many people. The excessive workload does not allow them to have quality time with their own family and they start getting frustrated and annoyed. It could also lead to catastrophic family in a long term, for instance, your kids are doing whatever is coming to their mind and your partner starts getting frustrated with you as there is no intimacy all this also leads to mental fatigue and depression, and ultimately it is reflected in world happiness report.
Switching jobs: Switching jobs could be because for many reasons it could be in pursuit of a better annual package or in the hope of improved working conditions. No one would like to work in an environment where the environment does not suit them. And again this environment working condition could be due to men's lecherous behavior and continuous harassment of women mentally or physically, actually in an established firm it is more mental harassment (especially with their words) and in an unorganised sector, it could be because of both mental and physical harassment.
Also, it is a very diverse agenda that is being discussed all around the world the income parity of men and women working for the same office, it is very surprising that even the most developed countries have this prevailing issue I once read in a magazine about one of the top media agency and I was surprised to witness that even they have this issue. Now, this is something that I would call fake leadership or an act of cowardice. The work of these media agencies is to shower light upon the social issues and other issues prevailing around the world so that the world can encounter them but it is their hypocrisy that even in their own agency they are having this issue, then what is expected out of them.
Discrimination: There are many places that newly adopted recognising women at different new posts which were earlier unavailable to them and because of them some men think that they (women) do not deserve to do this or it is something which only men can do and are supposed to do, also it is very common to see that sometimes women reach a certain milestone which their inferior couldn't and because of this some men do not give the respect they deserve.
Hybrid work culture: It also adds to the problem in a way or other because of this culture many women who actually made possible the outstanding work of the organisation and also mostly because of this culture women are missed out on some events of the organisation they are working for and this led to developing a feeling of being left out.
I call this a great resignation not because of the great number it is projecting rather because I am pleased to see that women know their pride and their contribution and they know what they are capable of, it is not the era where women will endure all the atrocity of the patriarchal mindset it's the era for women to rise and shine. Resignation in such a great number brings the issue to light and brings the attention of the world and I believe gradually the issues will be solved although it's not an overnight problem so will not be an overnight solution but we need to recognise their contribution and give them the respect and position they deserve as soon as possible and failure to recognise all this only puts us at loss.

Yes, It is alarming since we don't have the same capability with the girls. I think that's the main reason why resignation rates is rising it's because the don't have enough time to engage with their love ones. I mean their family. So, they tend to choose another one.
