Each day the sun rises and sets, we have a new sunrise, new sunset, new moonrise, and new moonset. The Earth tilts on its axis and we enjoy the two seasons of daytime and nighttime. The air changes from cold to hot, from rain to no rain. We have all these changes because change is constant in life and it occurs everyday.
You cannot stop "change" from happening. Changing your reaction to life's changes is the only way you get control of the situation
Change can be good or bad, right or wrong. Most of the time we are forced to change whether we like it or not. We never know when our fate is going to take us off the beaten path and place us in uncharted territories.
We can all agree that one of life’s most powerful forces is change, and although it is an uncomfortable process, you can learn to adapt to change. One must remain flexible and open-minded as change is always occurring.
You cannot stop yourself from changing by refusing to accept that you are not the same person today as you were yesterday.
Most people fear change. They fear it will bring them a sense of discomfort, security and normality will be gone. This fear is not a bad thing - it is essential to our survival. But these fears mainly are caused by ignorance.
Change is inevitable and I believe we are all familiar with that. At times we embrace change and at times we resist it. Most of us get comfortable with our current situation. Many times we look at change as bad because it disrupts our comfort zone and forces us to adapt to new surroundings or situations.
We have to think about change as something that has to be endured in order for us to get to the next thing we want. Understanding the importance of change is a vital skill that many possess while others do not
Change is good and it is necessary for improvement and without change we would very quickly become stagnant, complacent and a very dull people.
Change offers us the chance to have a new response and reaction especially when unexpected things happens.
Some of the most successful people in the world were born from and continue to thrive in environments that were once hostile and foreign to them
The most successful people are those who are able to continually adapt to change in the world around them.
Just like a quote from Einstein;
"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result"
Doing the same things in life, and expecting different results does sounds crazy! To get a different results; we need to change our approach!
Change is a force that will either propel you forward or backward.
Change occurs in numerous ways and takes different forms. For example:
When you get a new boss which might bring their own changes to rules and regulations of the workplace
A change of school or institution
Moving to a new city or country
In conclusion
Our lives will change many times over the course of our years. When we’re children, the changes may come slowly and we can adapt to them with relative ease.
As we get to adolescence the changes are much more rapid and it becomes much harder to adapt.
Our 20s are a time of continuous change, as we try to find a career, meet new people and enjoy our newly found freedom.
Our 30s can be turbulent, with marriages and buying homes. It’s also the time when many of us face the deaths of family members and friends.
Overall, life is full of change, but we don’t have to be at its mercy. In fact, we can take steps to manage the effect change has on us and our lives. If you are willing to adapt to change, rather than resist it, you’ll be better able to deal with whatever life throws at you.
If change doesn't manifest it means we are dead.. Changed spells growth and progressed...wether we like it or not things will definitely change...it's up to us to accept it..
