Most people also enjoy the cold, but if the cold is severe, then of course it should be feared. Because severe cold can be dangerous for our health.

In the bitter cold, We have to take great care of ourselves, and our's children and the elderly in our's homes, Even every member of our family because the cold can makes our life sick.

Strengthen your immune system

Use as many powerful things as you can to strengthen your body's immune system.

Eat more fruits, in particular, all fruits are very beneficial but often fruits have a lot of energy due to which we can strengthen our body's immune system.

Vegetables are also very powerful. Usually, people are not very keen on eating vegetables but knowing about their benefits definitely makes them want to eat them. Most people also enjoy cooking vegetables with meat. Of course, we enjoy vegetables. Should also be emphasized so that we can take full advantage of them and strengthen our body's immune system.

Keeping the body moving

If you are at home, try to keep yourself moving. You also have to shake your body to create heat in your body. Most people freeze and sit in one place in extreme cold, but in this way, it is possible for them to feel colder instead of moving in one place. Sit up. We should try our best to create heat in our body in the painful cold so that our body is safe from the severe cold outside. Severe cold can make our body feel shivering and we can get sick due to the cold.

Use hot items

Use hot things more and try to keep your body warm through hot things. The use of hot foods in the feeling of coolness calms the body and also provides warmth. Hot drinks also help us to reduce the cold of our body. The feeling of intensity of cold decreases.

Boiled eggs should be used more. Eggs also look delicious to eat and also create warmth in the body. And also provide numerous benefits.

In particular, the use of dried fruits not only reduces the severity of the cold but also increases the energy inside us.

Take special care of the person who enters the house after enduring the cold outside

We should also be more aware of our family members, who enter the house after feeling the cold outside. Because our home is a comfortable place where we are protected from the cold. But our owns are also working out for us while feeling the severity of the cold. And of course, when they return home we should offer them hot drinks and hot food. And try to provide the things which they feel with warmth. Immediately place them in front of the heater or by the fire, so that they can warm their hands and feet and their bodies.

Also, try to protect animals from the cold

Animals outside the house we should also try our best to protect them from the cold. If possible, they should also be given a thick cloth so that they can also be protected from the cold. I've seen a lot of people do that. They're really good people who care about animals, as well as they care for humans.

I don't use gloves for hands during freezing days, I managed somehow to warm my hands outside holding them in pocket and make fast movement, so they are warm enough to function. Tea is good when you need heat for freezing body. And heating elements in house. Who has animals need to provide warm water to stay outside, because it soon will be ice.

I do not like cold weather.We have winter time now and I am freezing outside when blowing wind and temperature is -25 degrees.I drink hot tea,chocolate and milk to warm myself.
