We believe the thoughts in our heads that tell us NO and allow fear to get in our way. We know it will keep us from being hurt, protect us from the disappointment we know all too well, but most of all it keeps us safe.
The problem is, fear doesn't give us the chance to live our best life. It doesn't allow us to experience our hopes and our dreams.
Instead of giving into fear, embrace it. Step out of your comfort zone and into the unknown! Face it head-on and take a chance on you! Envision what you want in life. Spend a moment to imagine you are already there, then make it a reality.
Surround yourself with those who support your dreams, those who have faced their fears and lived to tell about it. Learn from those who followed their dreams. Believe in yourself. Believe in the possibility.
Your goals can become a reality, but only if you push past that fear and believe in yourself. If you believe that nothing will work, it won't.
You have got to step up to the plate and be willing to run with the big dogs if you want to succeed in making your goals a reality.
